Twitter is working on a story feature called Vibes

Following the failure of Fleets, Twitter is now working on a new story, or as some are calling it, a status sharing feature called Vibes.

Obviously, Twitter is once again trying to bring the much-loved Stories feature of Snapchat and Instagram to its social media platform. Since Twitter is still working on Vibes, it is not available to everyone at the time of writing this article.

Twitter Vibes were first noticed by app reverse engineer Alessandro Paluzzi. According to him, the new Vibes feature will help users post instant status updates that may last for a limited time.

This feature will be available on both the web and Twitter mobile apps. In addition to being a separate Twitter feature, Vibes can also be an extension of tweets.

If so, it would resemble the “Feeling/Activity” feature present on Facebook.

Since the feature isn’t even available in the alpha and beta versions of the Twitter app, we can expect it to be in early development. As a result, it will not be available to the public for months.

Using the Twitter Vibes status feature, you can share status updates such as what music you’re listening to, where you’re traveling to, and more. Share your thoughts and thoughts about this feature on our socials.
